How To Use Life Jar
- In your first week, take Life Jar twice a day — one teaspoon in the morning and one in the afternoon.
- After the first week, continue with just one teaspoon a day at the start of your day. That's it — one teaspoon a day.
- Shake or blend well with any all-natural 12oz–16oz fluid.
Enjoy with hot water & agave, tea, apple juice, watermelon juice, or lemonade — great in smoothies and apple sauce, too. Please note: a toxin-release adjustment period can be normal. Plants need lots of water — stay hydrated. 💦🌱
